Sarah Whyte

Sarah is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians. She has a wealth of experience in dealing with clients from small businesses up to large groups of companies and handles all aspects of tax from basic compliance through to complex advisory work.

Sarah started her tax career with a big 4 firm (KPMG) dealing with corporate and personal tax compliance. She then developed her career in two of the largest independent accountancy firms in Wales, providing expert and specialist advice for small businesses up to large corporations.

Sarah’s tax advisory experience includes implementing tax efficient methods of extracting business profits, ensuring tax-efficient structures are in place for groups of companies, advising on schemes to reward key staff, and tax planning for the sale/purchase of businesses. Sarah has also worked extensively on tax enquiries and negotiations with HM Revenue & Customs.

Sarah has contributed to “Tax Adviser” the monthly professional magazine for Chartered Tax Advisers.
